A Peculiar Freedom

Natasha Ngaiza is the co-director of “A Peculiar Freedom”, a documentary about the lives of free Black New Englanders in the 18th and 19th century.

“A Peculiar Freedom” was awarded an National Endowment of Humanities (NEH) Development grant for 2023.
